Our equipment is provided on an as is basis in full working order when dropped off. All equipment is tested and fully operations prior to delivery.
Deposit of $250 is required to secure the booking, this will be refunded on return of the speakers in 100% order.
- Full intended hire cost will be required prior to delivery of equipment. Payment on the day may be arranged at request.
- If speakers are not returned within the agreed term, additional full day rate fees will be charged until goods are returned
- Should items not be ready for pick up at pre-arranged time, additional pick up fees will be charged of minimum $55
- Should there be any damage to equipment, including aesthetic, this will be charged accordingly and determined by us, management of this matter will also incur administration charges of at least $250
- Hirer is liable for weather damage to equipment. It is required that the equipment is removed should weather become a contributing factor to damage (this includes rain and wind)
- Pick up is usually the next day in the morning, but can be arranged if permitted to be another time. Hire duration is 24 hours or part of. Please note can not deliver in the evening just before your event starts, we usually deliver during the day
- Should speakers be stolen or damaged beyond repair the hirer will be liable for full replacement of the damaged speaker/s – new and current model.
- We will not be responsible for any losses that may be suffered by the hirer in the event of a malfunction or breakdown of the equipment. We shall not be liable for any item of so called consequential loss.
Equipment Malfunction
- If the equipment does not operate properly the hirer shall immediately notify us (0430 777 888), and we will use our best endeavors to repair or replace the equipment.
- We will not be liable to refund any hire fee to the hirer:
(a) if any malfunction or breakdown of the equipment occurred through the fault of the hirer; or
(b) the hirer did not immediately notify us of such malfunction or breakdown via contact number provided or email.
Cancellation Policy
Should booking be cancelled within 14 days of event no refund will be granted
Bookings cancelled 15 days or more prior to event will be charged a booking fee of $50 and remainder prepayment will be refunded
